As an affiliated program of Rise in Malibu and Rise at Mayberry, the high-quality treatment philosophy of our sister programs continues at Ascentions, with small, intimate groups, ongoing therapy with the same therapist or counselor, and truly individualized programming at the outpatient level. This allows us to provide a full continuum designed around each clients unique needs in treatment.

We offer intimate, partial day treatment that combines the latest evidence-based practices with holistic and modern therapies for a tailor-made treatment experience.
Ascentions Treatment Center offers an executive-level, intensive outpatient program that offers small groups, individual therapy, weekly psychiatrist visits, and more.
Our outpatient level of care is for clients who have completed the PHP and/or IOP program and who are ready to begin their journey back into society in recovery.

Once we verify your benefits, we will conduct a brief pre-assessment to get to know you and your personal situation. After we approve you for admission, we will schedule your intake appointment and admission. If you need a higher level of care, we may refer you to our sister facilities at Rise in Malibu and Rise at Mayberry Ranch.
After confirming you are approved for admission, we will schedule your intake appointment, which will include a personal tour of the facilities, a short personal assessment that will help determine your personalized treatment plan at Ascentions Treatment Center.
